How do I book a site visit?
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98765 43210, or send an enquiry through this website. Our team will confirm a convenient date and time, and can arrange pick-up and drop for your visit.
Are your projects registered with MahaRERA?
Yes. Every ongoing Shreevardhan project is registered with MahaRERA before it is marketed, and the registration number is shown on the project page and in all advertisements. You can verify it on the MahaRERA website.
What does the 'Starting from' price include?
The starting price is indicative for the smallest configuration in the project and excludes stamp duty, registration, GST and other statutory charges. Ask for the detailed cost sheet for the exact unit you are interested in.
Do you help with home loans?
Yes. Our projects are approved by leading banks and housing finance companies, and our team helps you with eligibility, documents and the loan process.
What payment plans do you offer?
For under-construction projects, payments are linked to construction milestones as per the RERA agreement. Special plans may be available from time to time — ask our sales team for current options.
Can NRIs buy a home with Shreevardhan?
Yes. NRIs can buy residential property in India, and we can guide you through the documentation, power of attorney and home loan process remotely, including video walk-throughs of the project.
When will I get possession?
The possession date for each project is stated on its project page and in your RERA agreement. We share regular construction updates so you can track progress.
How are maintenance charges decided?
Maintenance is collected by the society or the developer until the society is formed, based on the actual cost of running common areas and amenities. The initial maintenance deposit is mentioned in the cost sheet.
